STEP Residential™ - Heating bathroom floors, homes and kitchens

STEP Residential™ 12" (30cm) wide radiant heating element is designed to provide healthy, even and comfortable warmth in a home. This element is ideal for both new construction and renovation.

The Residential heating system can be used as primary or supplementary heating and can be installed under most floor coverings, including tile, stone, wood, laminate and carpet. For total heating a heat loss calculation is required.

Take away the chill of cold floors and experience the comfort of heated floors in the bathroom, kitchen or whole house. For even heat distribution, maintain spacing between element strips at 2-3 inches (5-7.5 cm).

STEP Residential can be purchased as a KIT with all necessary components included. If the kit coverage does not fit your project please contact us and we will make a design and bill of material free of charge specific to your project. You can also use our design tool to calculate the bill of material.

STEP Residential™ - Heating Kits

The kits are based on 3 inch spacing (tile and stone) between the elements and includes one crimp tool. We recommend adding a thermostat on K-500, K-1000 and K-1500 that must be purchased separately.
