EPI-LX-THPR Programmable Thermostat
The STEP Warmfloor™ heating elements are self-regulating and cannot overheat; therefore it is as if you had a sensor over the whole floor surface. Although the heating system does not require a control unit, except for an on/off switch, you may want to install a controller or regulator for the following reasons:
  • Not everyone has the same temperature comfort needs
  • You may want to keep some rooms warmer than others
  • You want to keep the floors warm and not rely on the ambient temperature
  • When the house is not in use you may not need much heat, but you do not want to risk the water tubing to freeze
  • You are aware of energy efficiency and want to keep the cost down

EPI-LX-TH (NON-PROGRAMMABLE) THERMOSTAT (EPI-LX-TH)
The EPI-LX-TH is a non-programmable thermostat for use with the STEP Warmfloor™ system (in conjunction with the EPI-LX-R power supply series). Features include an easy-to-read backlit display, three temperature conrol modes, a slim contemporary design, and precise temperature control. Up to 20 EPI-LX-R power supplies can be connected to one EPI-LX-TH thermostat.
 
EPI-LX-THPR (7-DAY PROGRAMMABLE) THERMOSTAT (EPI-LX-THPR)
The EPI-LX-THPR is a 7-day programmable thermostat for use with the STEP Warmfloor™ system (in conjunction with the EPI-LX-R power supply series). Features include a large, easy-to-read backlit display, three temperature conrol modes, a slim, attractive design (hides programming buttons), and precise temperature control. Other features include 12 or 24 hour programming, up to four programs per day on both weekdays and weekends, and the ability to retain all programming settings in the event of power failure. Up to 20 EPI-LX-R power supplies can be connected to one EPI-LX-THPR thermostat.
