business has created the need for an energetic and motivated Outside Sales
professional, who will sell to an existing customer base and will expand the
share of market with new distributors and dealers. Both the challenge and
the growth potential are significant in this position, and you will have the
satisfaction of “planning the work” as well as “working the plan”, in our
company.
Responsibilities
include:
Assist in developing
budgets and strategies and prepare a territory sales plan and then deliver
the Sales Volume and Gross Margin objectives
Maintain the existing
accounts and expand the customer base by recruiting and signing new
distributors, and by sales to dealers, builders and homeowners
Become a resource to
the customers as a product consultant and problem solver
Facilitate sales
order negotiations and customer complaint and problem resolution
Provide Field Training
to our customers and their employees and assist them in their shows, demos
and training programs
Organize and
participate in Distributor shows and home shows
Oversee the inside
sales and customer service operations, providing customers with service and
support from the home office
Assist with pricing
and promotion programs in the company
Qualifications:
An Outside Sales
professional in skill and appearance
Knowledge of electrical
systems and components, heating systems and construction methods, materials
and techniques
High School Diploma is
required with Bachelor’s degree preferred
Sales Training
Certification is preferred
3-5 Years of Sales
experience to Distributors and or other B2B situations
Willingness to travel
within the territory
Enthusiastic
self-starter with ability to work independently and productively
Quick learner with
strong Technical comprehension/aptitude
Motivated to Succeed
with an assertive and competitive nature
Cold Calling Skills,
with ability to close sales and generate new business
Seminar and demo
presentation skills
Computer proficiency
(Word Power Point, Excel and MS Act
