The following is a description of the full time position with Electro
Plastics, Inc. dba STEP Warmfloor™: “Design/Layout”.

We are looking for a candidate with a "can-do" attitude.
Our company will provide training regarding our patented heating system. |
|

|
Essential duties and responsibilities: |
The successful candidate will be responsible for other
duties, which may include, but not limited to the following:
 |
Design of heating systems for various applications. |
|
|
Engineering of heating systems for various
applications. |
|
|
Quote follow-up by fax or phone. |
|
|
Must respond to all customers’ questions, concerns
and requirements immediately or no later than the same day to
maintain high level of customer satisfaction. |
|
|
Must respond to all inquiries within short time
period to keep communications channels open. |
|
|
Assist the department manager or others with projects
or tasks when assigned or when the opportunities arise. |
|
|
Master the computer programs necessary to perform job
functions in conjunction with good working knowledge and other
related programs. |
|
|
Develop and nurture positive relationships with other
offices, personnel, customers, vendors and partners. |
|
|
Ensure a 99%+ level of compliance with existing
Quality Assurance Manual. |
|
|
Maintain a positive working environment with high
morale. |
|
|
All other at that point necessary duties to guarantee
a proper work flow in the company. |
|
|
|
|
|
Qualifications: |
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated
self-starter with a can-do attitude that requires little to no
supervision, other than the strategic direction afforded by the
executive management of Electro Plastics, Inc.
In addition, the successful candidate would possess a
demonstrable ability, knowledge and experience within the sphere of the
following key attributes:

Excellent education and background. |
|
|
Ability to drive the development and salability of
highly innovative heating solutions. |
|
|
Strategic and tactical understanding of the industry
as it relates to our customers and target customer business. |
|
|
Hands on person able to complete files and turn over
documents in a timely, efficient manner. |
|
|
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical
procedures, drawings and layouts. |
|
|
|
|
|
Required: |
|
|
AutoCAD proficient. |
|
|
H.S. diploma or equivalency. |
|
|
Minimum 2-4 years experience in construction or
building industry. |
|
|
Good communication skills. |
|
|
Good customer services skills. |
|
|
Able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. |
|
|
MS Office products (WinWord, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint, Access etc.). |
|
|
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as
discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area and
volume, and to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. |
|
|
Ability to define problems, to collect data, to
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. |
|
|
|
|
|
Preferred: |
 |
2 years college degree. |
|
|
Experience in heating industry. |
|
|
Experience in electrical industry. |
|
|
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. |
|
|
Ability to write reports, business correspondence,
and procedure manuals. |
|
|
Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, external and
internal customers, as well as Management. |
